While I am part latin, I am fully AMERICAN and what's happening to California is just fucking unacceptable.

We have a rising proportion of the population that doesn't want to speak English, doesn't want to assimilate, and is turning this state into a shithole.

Sure, without migrant labor the price of lettuce will rocket up to $3.50 a lb. But I'd rather pay $3.50 a pound for salad in exchange for piece of mind that my girlfriend won't get assaulted by cholo (lowrider/mexican dirt bags) scum when picking up said lettuce.

The problem arises from America's SHORT-SIGHTED immigration system. The iron law with immigration is that recent immigrants are cheap... however, as they get more skilled, they become more expensive. So instead of REINVESTING in its existing human capital, the USA pulls in more illegals willing to start the bottom and we get this vicious race to the bottom.

Many part of Los Angeles are just fucking cesspools right now. You have Mexican jackasses selling corn and shaved ice on wooden push carts. You have tons of people selling all sorts of shit off freeway offramps.

It gets so bad that the only thing separating Olive street from Tijuana are the absence (for now) of donkey carts.

What is the solution?

Order more Donkey Carts?

Just let the whole place turn to shit?

Grab a shotgun and start hunting them. That way you'd get rid of some filthy mexicans, and we'd get rid of you while you're in jail. It's a win-win situation.

I have a hard time with this also.

With our unemployment rate low and so many working families at poverty level it really bugs me to see the floodgates get opened up.

I mean lets clean up our own backyard befor helping the neighbour with theirs.

But, something thats diferant here is that Immigrants make up near 80% of our countries small businesses. With that said "generally" they arent here for a free ride.

But i feel if they come here cause of safety or security , or the fact that their own nation is to harsh for their families...then why should we accomidate them and promote the culture that they so desperately had to leave behind.

I lived in L.A. in the 1970's and what you said was going on then. It's nothing new you just got a hair up your ass.

My girlfriend was assaulted by one of those motherfuckers a year or two ago, son of a bitch almost raped her, he stuck his fingernails into her upper thighs (got scars) and told her to 'shut the fuck up', and was about to try and pull her skirt off when I came up from the side and bashed his head in with my fist.
Its fucking bullshit, and she doesn't even live in that bad of an area, and shes mexican her self... for fucks sake.


What I've also noticed is that all these puta's who cant speak English, are the ones who have the most negative affect on everyone, and are the ones who are usually the most cholo-like... I was in Mexico for a bit recently, and im going back in December, when I go to another country I make it a POINT to KNOW their language and their culture so I can ADAPT to THEIR ways.


We need a change in this country, I dont have a problem with motherfuckers coming into this country, just as long as they RESPECT us for our gratuities.

I grew up in the San Gabriel Valley and then moved to the hollywood/valley areas and damn is it different. The town where I grew up will ticket you for parking on your lawn, even if its cemented over. In the SF Valley and LA the illegals run through the streets selling just about anything.

I have seen cars double parked on side streets with the hood of their car covered with crappy junk they are trying to sell. And nobody does anything about it. Women with shopping carts filled with clothes find any random fence on a busy street and hang their crap up to sell.

Its very sad, and you can't even tell them anything cause they don't speak english. But in the meantime they are turning some places into major fucking ghetto.

And then they just toss their trash in the street. Dirty diapers and after they eat lunch on break from their illegal jobs they just leave their trash behind. Its disgusting and anyone littering like that should be fined.

But oh well, its their land, I'm just going to move and they can have Southern California.

One day it will be crazy when its hispanic ghetto to the max, a couple miles from Beverly Hills. But then again thats society for ya.
