Went to dealership yesterday... If I can bargain it down from $112g to $100g with $50g down payment, then It's mine on Monday.

Just purchased a 19th floor 1400 sq foot apartment for 195g earlier this year. Im not stupid my friend... obviously i know property only goes up in value.

After the car all I need is a 25 foot power boat, and then I'm saving for a 2nd property....

CDN $ x 0.75 = USD $

Ya I managed to bargain the property I bought from $210g asking price to $195 with a nice down-payment.

The truth is that money talks... If half the car payment is there on the spot, its easy to convince them to take of the 11-12% (basically I'm trying to save the taxes, which are 14.5%, and I know there is also a luxury tax, but not sure how much that is)

And obviously I'm getting my pops in there cause hes a hardcore barginer and he knows what the fuck is up.
