Just got one...its my office but mobile!!!! I love it, anyone else have one?

Its a phone, e-mail, instant messaging ( like icq ), text messaging, etc...basically its a laptop!

I have the Treo 600.. not sure how that compares

Thinking about getting one! How is the battery life so far? does it seem to burn up fast?

I've used both it and the Sidekick. I think the sidekick may be a slightly better at web browsing and IM, but the Blackberry is unbeatable for keeping up with your email and is a lot less bulky than the Sidekick.

I love mine. Battery lasts forever... Much better than any other phone I have had before.

I have a 7510 for Nextel. Looks like that one pictured but with an external antenna. Comes with a Speakerphone and Push to talk.

Download ReqWireless for HTML browsing. Its not the greatest browser but I can read the forums here and view all the pics.

The Treo 600 is nice but it has to poll for e-mails.....its not instant like the Blackberry's. Since I'm an e-mail man and run a biz I need instant access when I'm not at my computer.

Good Buy! Your productivity is going to skyrocket.

Oh and the battery life on my Blackberry 7510 sucks!!! A day and a half compared to 3-4 days from the others I've heard. But I am constantly on the thing and use speakerphone quite a bit.

I looked at one but for my use, it was too small for a laptop and too big for a phone. :(

I can't understand the fascination people have about being constantly connected.

it looks great, but the SideKick is gold, many more people that i know use the sidekick than any other phone.

Are the Blackberry phones still only available on the Nextel network? In my area, the nextel network is really behind the rest of the carriers.

I have the old 957 (greyscale), it is great for email and the battery lasts forever. And the best part about it, it runs on the old pager network.

I get phones because they're useful - and the blackberry is something I needed. I don't buy phones to be original and "cool looking" :2 cents:

I receive emails with excel or word attachments is possible to open them with the blackberry. i have the 7280.

The battery Life is amazing compared to other phones i had....3-4 days now...

Its not too big either....looks it but its actually much thinner than my nextel i690 i had....

I cant live without it! I do my work from it when away and have an emergency or need to e-mail someone at the moment...

Would that thing work if I were in Jamaica or a far away country??

I got the treo 600 and it kicks ass! Does almost everything (aside from wifi and bluetooth).

I got a couple of phones that have a pda, video calling and lots more shit built in. :)

I had a look at those when they first came out. I decided on something that had more features that I needed. I have had a mobile for over 20 years and I am very demanding with what I want. I currently have 12 active phones and if they could integrate all the features into 1 compact unit I would be happy! :Graucho
