If I had a little sister, and she had opted-in to one of your email lists, and your mailings were CAN-SPAM compliant, then by all means, go ahead.

When my father or myself were to pre-screen her email before she reads it, we'd simply click the remove link (surely you have proper remove link as you're CAN-SPAM compliant) and then he'd or I'd delete the email, like a responsible guardian who monitors their child's internet use.
