are you bored of the online porn industry?
 

if you've been doing this for more than a few years, what do you think? i've been spending more and more time on things outside of online porn these days. i've also been working towards streamlining the role i play in my online biz, to leave more time for other things.

Nope. Not bored yet. Frustrated and highly stressed out at times though.. but it's all good in the end.

i do mostly mainstream these days , still do bits of adult coz let's face it 9 times out of 10 adult is leading the way - it's good to stay in front of the herd

I avoid boredom by working on a variety of projects.

I used to do only online porn, and that got a bit boring. Now I am more in sexlines and some mainstream projects.

But I guess that it depends, if you keep doing the same things everything gets boring at some time. And since there are a lot of things to do in online porn, you dont have to get bored........

I am right there with you. It's a business, since 2000 we have been doing other endovers, mainly mainstream. We still run the sites but were working our way away from porn and more into mainstream

It's been nearly 8 years for me now.The online porn business has always been a hobby.I have a good mainstream job :)

As long as it remains fun,i'll keep at it.I like the way the technology evolves and the challenges that need to be met to continue being profitable.

One of two things seem to happen in this industry. You either get bored and want to move mainstream or you cant get off on your work like you use too.

in a way.. it's kinda fun working in the adult industry.. amazing images you'll see :Graucho or maybe i just love to design.. whatever industry i'm in to.. :)

i've got all of my sites automated, which in theory should leave me time for other "outside" things, but i end up just working on new projects.

only time i take off is when i run across a chick who wants to have a steamy romance for a bit. but they always end after a few weeks of wild sex, putting me back at my desk..

bored to death

I started researching the online porn biz when I was 6 months from turning 18. Its been almost 5 years working on it and I FUCKING LOVE IT!

There are challenges everyday! Different projects to keep me and the crew motivated and excited. There´s constant growth in every aspect, from management to quality of life. I can´t complain at all, don´t see myself doing anything else and I can only say this is just the beginning!

Dont get ´bored. Get BUSY! :)

exactly how I feel!

hehe. there might be more to life than the internet. since i moved back to the mountains i'm hiking and snowboarding every day. reading waaay more than i have in years (since University at least). started a couple of new mainstream projects. it's amazing how smoothly things can run when you have the right people doing the grunt work for you ;)

I am always working on a number of things at once. Between mainstream, our eBay business and offline business I don't have time to be bored! :thumbsup

I'm starting to get tired of it, too. I'm probably gonna quit soon and come live with you.

After 20 years, its not really boring, but just not as challenging as it was in the beginning. Plus naked women all look the same to me which is kind of a bummer.

I like having new stuff going on all the time.

its more on frustration of not getting more Sales rather than getting bored especially a challenging work on a summer slowdown. you need to be more proactive to keep those rates up and soaring just to keep up with the phase.

I am very sick of it. Why sell only porn? There is other sides of the internet that are generating way more money with less work.

The past year has been really boring, thats why I hired a reviewer - I really couldn't do them everyday for 4 straight years without hating it.
