I normally never really go after promos but since this is a new program i gave it a try.

A lot of different traffic sources, free sites, tgp galleries, tgp ad spots even a blog spot.

I spent 120 bucks. Prolly 50+ gigs in bw but that included in the server price so no extra charge there.

This traffic is from a few hours before the 23rd till a few hours after the 23rd.

Halfway the day it was very poor:

So 90 bucks profit. if i wouldve used a sponsor im familiar with and which would convert 1:1000 or better i couldve gotten 10 sales at 35 bucks making 230 bucks profit.

Ah well, lesson learned.

So did anybody get a good amount of signups? I think Nylz got 5 signups or so? Somebody mustve gotten 10 signups or more right?

I got 4 sales with Throatjob, i have made only 1 sale with ass muncher since it was released, and that was on thursday.

also i think APC sites look good...everyones traffic converts differently on varies sites...

sorry to hear you didn't get more signups yesterday bro.. Both me and hawg were here rooting for everyone to get more signups than ever.. I was even waving my magic signup wand over my computer and praying for everyone to make tons of loot cakes! God I so much wanted to come out to GFY and see nothing but praise, praise, praise. *sigh*

Overall ratios system wide were only slightly higher than normal yesterday (very slightly) than the day before and concidering the large influx of TGP traffic etc, I would have thought it would be much higher so I dont know what happend to some webmasters ratios. I can tell you that we had just as many that had better than normal days too. *shrug*

I still remember back in the days when I had the dis-pleasure of participating in a big promo day, it was a 100$ signup day (no names) and I worked my ass off submitting to TGP's and purchased some listings, etc, you name it.. sites were down part of the time, the rest of the time they were running dog ass slow and I barely broke even that day, It was a total disappointment! and I swore off big promo days which didn't really happen, I was right back come the next big promo which was a 75$ day actually if my memory stands correct. So I think I understand exactly why so many webmasters are leary and even paranoid of big promo days, hell just the thought still makes me feel all queezy and shit..

So when we started building this system I kept all that shit in mind, hawg asked me what we should do and so we got the biggest and beefiest servers we could get our hands on, put them behind mechanical load balancers so that if one server choaks, the others take up the slack instantly without missing a beat and got us on our own multiple gigbit lines so we can burst some major fucking bandiwidth (promo-day slow-site syndrome, no more!). I wrote the software from the ground up keeping in mind that I wanted to be able to handle more than any affiliate system I have ever dealt with has probably even seen.. what I ended up with was what you see now, APC, what I feel is one of the most technologically advanced, most stable affiliate system ever concieved.

Top that all off with exclusive content that sells itself, tons of promo to start with and a shit load more to come, b-e-a-u-tiful tours, multiple credit processors, credit on checks, web900 etc.. I think you just can't go wrong with APC IMO

I stand behind what we've setup and strongly feel that our system can and will outperform anything out there! I just hope for the few of you that had a bad day yesterday will think it through and reconcider us in the days ahead. You can trust APC, you got my word on that!

Well i dont know really what or who to blame. Youre right, the tours look good, the exclusive content looks good so i see no reason why it wouldnt sell. If i didnt like your site sites in the first place i would have pushed 10k to you yesterday but i was pretty sure i could make 10 sales for sure. Well i was wrong and i dont know why.

actually I read all the posts from everyone yesterday, I ended up staying up just over 22 hours watching the servers and making sure everything was up and running smooth etc and so I knew you were having a bad day and even made a point to check our raw data logs and match them against our sales database in case there had been an error of some sort. Hell, I was actually hoping that was the case so I could fix the problem and come out and let you know you'd got XX more signups.. man that would have been fucking great.. ah well.. no such luck :(

I've been happy with APC now since I started beta testing in April. I'll be honest, I wasn't making a lot of money back then. I was barely breaking even and I was almost out the business. But once I started promoting you guys everything seemed to fall into place. I didn't need to work as hard as I had been trying to make sales elsewhere.

I could then take some time off and work less while making great sales with APC. Now I have more time and less stress to work on other programmes and I'm making more money than I have in this business. APC is by far my best sponsor but all the rest make up for some nice cash as well.

I'll be promoting you guys for a long time to come, and with all the new sites you guys have and will bring out I don't see me going anywhere else.

and 2 checks.
invested 90 bucks in promo so did not make much of a profit on that one.

the thing is unless you already have experience with another paysite on the same exactly traffic source you can't tell if you would get 10 sales at $35 instead of 3 at $75.

It's much better to have a stable income with each sponsor.

Sponsor A - 5 sales daily
Sponsor B - 9 sales daily
Sponsor C - 3 sales daily

that with about 10 sponsors.

That's much better to have that daily then send it all 1 sponsor and being worried about how much sales you will make.
