I just re-installed Medieval: Total War the other day. I'll pick up the Rome game when it ships. Should kick much ass.

i stopped playing strategy games when i started playing business. its a fun game and you buy shit with the points.

Yes but 5 years later, this will blow Shogun out of the water by far, they really outdid themselves on the strategy map, full 3D simulation of Europe with every feature, mountains, rivers, so when you do battle it will be EXACTLY the same map complete with fully rendered cities, castles, etc.

Not my type of game, but looks good

They are completely different type of games, Fable looks ok though.

Fucking awesome game. Ancient Rome is my favorite topic of recreational study. If I was born back then, I'd be a demigodess instead of a piece-of-ass.

I think im going to buy a new computer just for games, movies and music.
I got everything on my "work" computer and its getting to damn slow.

Between this game and The Movies (due out sometime this year as well), I will have a hell of a time juggling work, playing time and family life ;-)
