1. I got trashed over the kitty vid. (it is staying)
2. I got served with another lawsuit (no i won't be talking about it)
3. An advertiser hacked our site and installed a trojan on our fan base. (it's been fixed)

While I'm against the kitty video, and I personally think it should be pulled :) As it's more about the reason the video was made than the content.

But all in all drama is never a reason to start smoking.. lawsuits well those suck, only one that makes out is the lawyers. However I will admit I did get a little chuckle out of the Trojan because of the timing.. lol no offense but maybe it was the kitty gods.
