Bush has bitten off more than he can chew... and 3 years later he is still fucken choking!! I dont think that we can afford to have a president that only has the capacity to effectively function 80-85% percent of the time. Many innocent people are dieing because of this man's inability to function as the leader of the most powerful contry in the world.
