1) Although he has the registered trademark symbol attached to his name, he in fact holds no such trademark. The Intellectual Property office has NO reigstration of such trade mark.

2) PhatZane doesn't own phatzane.com ... Wouldn't you own the domain bearing the same name as your alleged trademark?

3) PhatZane speaks like he is a hard hitting black gangster from the streets. In fact, he is white, lives in Canada, has no rap albums and has never been a gang member.
