I'd also like to say that I had a very god phone conversation with Rick yesterday.

I think it's important and very mature to be able to admit your shortcomings as well as accept criticism constructively sometimes.

I admire Rick for being forthright and protective of his image as well as his companys' . I never said that Rick wasn't a smart guy or a bad business man in any of the threads-

I don't need to go further into what was said as it was a private conversation, but I think Rick knows that I am just as protective and passionate about my business as he is.

I am truly in a unique situation , being in the middle of things bewteen a lot of parties and realize more and more everyday I need to be more neutral and concentrate on my marketing and PR efforts toward this DVD as well as my clients-


I also would like to say that people need to stop believing everything they see of hear on boards- When people don't know you and speculate about who you associate with or what you do or don't do, you should be mature enough to pick up and phone and communicate- Emails and posts show no inflection, and sometimes things can escalate as yuo had witnessed.

You have said that webmasters should have their own merchant's accounts. I asked you several times if you meant that we should all open a private merchant's account with our bank or were you referring to merchant accounts through IBILL, CBILL, etc?

I also asked you to show me the source of your information where you stated that memberships under $25 have fewer chargebacks. Both you and Chris Mallick made this statement. How about some proof. It sounds reasonable enough, and you also added that many banks will not bother with chargebacks if the membership fee is under $10. These aren't your exact words, but very close.

Rick, what more can be said about KB. He is a hard worker, and he loves being in the limelight like you. He will be meeting and greeting everyone in San Diego, and all will have a good time.

Glad to hear that both of you mended some fences. These types of disagreements split webmasters down the middle, not knowing which person is right or wrong, and usually the answer is never black and white.

I could care less about the Paris Hilton video, but it would be nice if millions are sold and everybody gets rich. The public loves to get behind the scene and watch something that is supposed to be private.
