I have used everything under the damn sun, having long hair, it is a BITCH to find something that works and doesn't make my hair feel even more heavy than it is. Used Pantene, Clairol, all that fancy expensive shit.... you name it. The thing I found that works better than ANY of it out there is Dove Shampoo and Conditioner......... that is some AWESOME shit and my hair is soft as hell and light feeling, not weighted down........

You should try some of that shit, Aaron, it'll make that bald head of yours ever so soft..... LMAO

I use Kenra energizing shampoo. I have a huge bottle of it, but I can't see it on their site. It tingles like dandruff shampoo but it's just for 'engergizing' and making you feel 'fantastic' just try not to wash your nuts with it.

I use Nexxus Therappe Shampoo, with the Nexxus Humectress Conditioner. Been using it for over 14 years. Give it a try, you'll never use anything else. Its the best. Its a little on the pricy side, but it goes a long way once you get the right amounts to wash and condition. About the size (Diameter) of a nickle.

sherie 05-31-2004 11:09 AM

So do I, at LEAST..... I was using this shit in a neon green bottle, I can't even remember what the damn name of it is, but I got a sample of this Dove stuff in my mail and used it and I live that shit. So anyone needing any shampoo and conditioner, let me know. I have about $100 worth of various kinds in my bathroom...... LMAO

I get all my shit from a salon - anything that is heavily massed produced sucks for your hair - dont believe me, the reason it smells like it does (fruit flavor, etc) is cause they use chemicals which are horrible for your hair. Thats any mass-produced brand.. in fact CREW used to be a smaller brand, but now its mass produced - so many salons dropped the line cause theres no way they could produce it on that level while maintaining the quality..

Lauren 05-31-2004 12:20 PM

head & shoulders menthol.... very refreshing, especially when the weather is hot:thumbsup

Slick 05-31-2004 12:24 PM

Garnier Fructis is the best, I've been using it for a few months now - http://www.garnierfructis.com/

CBytch 05-31-2004 12:30 PM

I use Matrix's Color Care Shampoo and Fortifying Leave-In Treatment as my Conditioner. After going to hair styling school I will never ever again use store bought brands, that shit does some real damage. I also buy the salon sized bottles, they last me over a year and I wash my hair everyday. Because it lasts so long it saves a ton of money, it costs me about 50 bucks to buy both salon sized bottles.
