Webair Emergency status update
 

Emergency power maintenance is ongoing. This issue is related to the prior issue that affected a segment of our datacenter earlier this afternoon.

This emergency upgrade should be completed with an hour and should prevent electrical issues in the future. Our engineering staff is on site and will attend to all servers when power is restored.

Auto pdu switch to backup generators have been replaced...

Currently we are bringing all servers on the effected network back online. This upgrade will rectify the power sittuation we had, there should be no further issues.

Additionally, if you you currently have any issues with your server please contact us, as we have techs standing by to resolve any issues you maybe having...

webair rocks.. this is badass customer support, i've had hosts before that have had things down for 10-12 hours with no explanation... webair has a whole team of techs working around the clock and had this MAJOR deal fixed in a matter of a couple hours.. im impressed

I was back up for 10 mins - now down again :(
