You should care. This board is full of people you are doing biz with day in and day out.

You could very well spend a lot of time, or a lot of money dealing with a company who because of a stupid decision like letting a minor work for them before they turn 18 gets shut down.

Regardless of whether they are big businesses or small.

A lot of my clients would fall under the small business category...and most are all sponsors.

Well, you mentioned that she was living in Canada, and I don't totally understand the laws there, but if it's not illegal, why the hell not? Especially for writing descriptions or something. At 17 I was just as sexually mature as I was at 18. Besides, at that age you have the capability to be a wonderfully creative pervert.
