i'm gonna put it to the test when i offer to work for free at investment banks/private equity firms/hedge funds to gain experience, practicully anyone willing to let me work for free. once i learn the ropes i doubt others will be able to keep up.

Nah, I would say that I am pretty equal. Pretty lame, I know!:)

Without trying to sound like I'm on an ego trip, I would say yes based on my education and salary levels compared to the average person in my age group.

when I came to Canada 4 years ago I had nothing
No money, I had never used the internet, I barely spoke any english.
After 4 years I can proudly say that I have smoked all the people I know, most of them born in this country, with lots of friends, connections, with degrees etc etc.

Not really. I am good at some things, and some one else is good at doing there thing. I don't feel superiour to anyone, because I know that I have my flaws.

Me making more money is no reason to feel superiour at all ( not that there are not enough people of my age making the same money as I do)

If you want to base it on things like that, than I'd say I was also above most people my age.

But life isn't only about brains and money. For example, I've never really travelled. I've got the money, but not the time. I have friends who have travelled the world over. And I think experience-wise, that makes 'em superior to me. Or another example, I know people my age who struggled through horrible adversity to get where they are today. I had a fucked up childhood, but theirs makes mine look picture perfect. These people may not have the same smarts I have, or the money I have, but I have a huge amount of respect for them and look up to them nonetheless.

Nope don't compare myself to anyone, I do my own thing that's it. Most people that compare themselves to someone else are insecure.

I was always couple years in front of people of my age ... it just happened that way ... not that I'm superior or anything . Life was built like that for me

The funny thing is.. The people our ages in which we compare ourselves to and boost our confidence.. probebly sit around thinking the same thing.. "Im so smart, I have so much potential" and so on..
