AJ, They some ppl don't get it post the email here then maybe ppl will take a diff tune about this shit. What madcrap did was totally fucked, and will deff get whats comin to him in the end. Glad to see this finally came public, and i give you and Jenn both props for waiting as long as you did, as i said in Jenn's other thread had it been us we would have spoke right up, which is not always the best thing to do.

Thanks, at this point Jenn and myself both know he will never pay what is owed, and honestly at this point nothing can fix what he did.

For all we know, he could be madcap... Both have no remorse about scamming people, though Kman has the balls to openly admit it... thats mainly because his distance is a security blanket.

Appreciate the kind words. Those who do not know what is going on I have no problem filling them in. I personally feel bad for those who have contacted me in the prior weeks asking about the $ they had sent madcap for servers or mailings and it never happend. I will not cover for his mistakes and I refuse to be a part of his scams.

Jenn is ripping down the other pages as we speak and we replaced the index pages and so forth, also the members who had paid to date are being credited for their purchase.

All the affilates were mailed to let them know about the status of the site as well.

All the members are aware of the situation and the big thing is not to have the paying member suffer for something that they can not control, nor the affilates..

Its a shitty position but Jenn is doing what is best for her site.

Myself or Jenn would not have gone public if it was over a few hundred dollars.

And as for the sponsor nick, not gonna create another nick just to let people know whats going on, I have cut all ties with this guy and moving forward.

I really was going to keep quite about this me and madcap go back a long way, I knew something was up when I did tons of work for him and he quit returning emails and calls. I fig something happened to him or he died i know something was wrong with his dad at least that is what he told me. But I can say anytime he ever order galleries from me he paid me str8 up. I'm thinking maybe something has happened who knows!

Wonder if somone has talked to him latley? I know jenn as called and called etc... Just hating seeing people I know and done work for go down this road... good luck
