Jake received an e-mail from a TGP owner this morning letting us know that he had a gallery submitted by someone using my content to promote another sponsor. This is the gallery:http://www.blowtaxes.com/calendar/girl234/serieseel5.html

Jake contacted the sponsor, yobucks and spoke with a guy named Dilip about it this morning. They immediately cancelled the account and redirected the traffic for that account to our site. Now that?s what I call a real stand-up sponsor, thanks Dilip!

So, that takes care of this one gallery with this one sponsor. I?ll have to assume that this guy will continue using my content to promote other programs until he gets caught. Based on the whois info for www.blowtaxes.com (warning pop-up hell) he?s located in Spain. Whois lists his host as www.harddot.com (warning pop-up hell) which he also
owns.

So, my question is what can I do to stop this guy from using my content? Any chance that TGP owners reading this will blacklist his domains? If he?s using stolen content, it's pretty likely that he?s probably cheating TGP?s as well. Any suggestions on how to deal with this guy?

I dont get redirected to your site when I click that link with firebird, I get a random shitty site with popups, exploits and general crap

That link was clean for me. However the other two had ass loads of pop-ups that's why I put the warning in my post.

I have all kinds of anti-virus shit and firewalls and now I have all sorts of dialers and shit popping up and warnings going off.

Assuming his contact info is any good, I can't imagine that someone stealing content and using it to promote another sponsor would bother to take any action if I emailed him.

yea I got warnings and it looked like stuff was blocked, I shut down Explorer and then wind<B></b>ows started popping up saying "Modem Not Found" and all kinds of fucked up processes were running. And I'm all patched up I thought... fuck!

I can always run the Wind<b></b>ows restore to yesterday I guess if things are fucked after I scan everything.

I hate this, two months ago some guy stealed my gallery, but not only pictures, also the layout and my advretising with links to my sponsor (yes, he was so stupid that he also copy my sponsor code :1orglaugh ), what was the worst is that he submit the gallery using some fucking autosubmitter and i get blacklisted on some tgp (beacuse the same sponsor code lol), it was an extra work to send emails to the tgp owners explaining this situtaion and to unblacklist me), so CHEATERS if you plan to steal my gallery in the future, please change at least the sponsor code :1orglaugh

It might be worth pointing out to some of you guys that these guys are from Moscow and seem to be extremely professional. the owner seems to know more about banking and credit card processing than anyone in the biz.

He's probably just some 16 year old kid that has no idea what he's doing... or he's using that website to spread his trojan virus. Either way, sending a C&D notice couldn't hurt.
