I'd think that we'd want to customize the message. For instance:

If you want to be able to continue watching porn online "Don't vote for Bush" - That's what we want to say.

We want to pitch our case to the consumer. I'll host the page and I promise that there will be no links to revenue generating sites, nor will there be exit consoles on the page. Hell, we can all host our own version of it if we want to. But let's get it designed, who volunteers?

I would me more than fucking happy to do an exit, pop-under or nice graphic on my site.
