Remember that its not all about the exercising the majority is about the FOOD u take in , so if your trying to lose some fat watch what you eat :2 cents:
and of course do some exercise

Yup.. make sure you eat enough of the right food too. You do need more energy if you're running/lifting weights. And if you're not lifting weights or running every day / as often, then you don't need to intake as much. :) Just make sure you're not starving your body.

this may be so for losing weight if you are overweight but for getting fit the main thing is the exercise ;)

I eat between 4-5 small meals everyday, it really helps keep the figure

see this is how i know what i am saying is true , i work out like a mad crazy person but i eat chocolate bars , pizza , fries , candy , chips (you know all the great yummy stuff)

and it balances out i am not achieving anything from it .... so imagine if i didn't work out like nuts ..... then imagine if i ate healthy ( i would be really sexy)

Yup, a good and healthy diet is enough but exercise can help kick it into gear :)

They go hand in hand. I took many courses about that in school. Diet is most of it, about 80%. But if you don' t work out, no one can expect to 'lose' weight with diet alone.

exercise speeds up the metabolism. its all a part of the puzzle. but if you wanna lose weight, ordering a diet coke with your big mac meal won't do it...

Any weight loss via diet alone will be regained as soon as the diet varies. For a completely healthy and long lasting efficient body, diet and excercise MUST go hand in hand.

perfect results = diet+ exercise

There is NO easy way (unfortunatley)

Think it has alot to do with age, and time when you eat all that yummy stuff....for me cant do it...

For me the sugar just makes me not feel very good and want to take a nappy....same with all those fatty carbs...

Its a battle everyday..but maintaining its not to bad...

If you want to lose weight and that's all (which really isn't a very good thing in and of itself), then yes... reduce your caloric intake, and for what calories you do take in eat better ones.

If you want to be HEALTHY (far more important than what the scales say, imo!) then you absolutely must exercise, including weight training and cardio, combined with a healthy diet that contains a good ratio of carbs, proteins, fats (the right kinds!) and micronutrients.

They (that ubiquitous 'they') have invented multiple drugs that can make you thinner effortlessly, but it seems a long way off before they can make one that'll get you fitter effortlessly.
