lately I have been having a real hard time and waking up for school.

the thing is I don't drink coffee, so I was wondering, how would energy drinks such as redbull wake me up in the morning?

3 cans of shark
1 blender
8 snickers bars
400g of liquid glucose
.5 L of milk


put all that shit together in the blender and drink it after

I agree. Red Bull, coffee, and soda can all be addictive and your body will build up a tolerance. Green Tea has health benefits, is virtually calorie-free, and works. It has caffeine and is still addictive, but is the safest out of all the suggested options.

If you drink too many red bulls... 3+ a day frequently you can develop stomach ulcers... many law suits against red bull are packing up daily due to stomach/digestive problems...

There's one called Sting that's put out by the same people that do the Stacker2 weight loss/speed pills. I tried on earlier this evening and here I am posting on GFY at 2am.

My daily drink is a low/no sugar, no carb Energy drink called XS. You've got to be an Amway/Quixtar distributor or know one to get access to this stuff, but it's the best tasting energy drink by far. Definitely packs the punch needed to get you going. I get it by the case and it runs me about $15 for a 12 pack. That usually get's me thru the week.

RedBull works...but 9 times out of ten lately when I drink it I realize I'm so tired I *need* sleep and can't which really sucks. Energy water doesn't give much boost but it's healthy. As far as bad for your health/body, etc., well burning the candle at both ends so much you need an energy drink is probably 10x worse than a can of redbull :2 cents:

I don't drink coffee so usually I grab a energy drink or tea. I usually get monster energy or rockstar and both works good although monster is abit sweeter tasting

Bawls is the best for that. I'm a cheap ass so I drive to the distributor and pay $1 a bottle instead of $2 a bottle at a gas station.

Monster is definitely the best tasting energy drink out there. I kill off almost a 12 pack a week.
