ROCHARD OWNED: Ticket by mail during Phoenix Forum (picture)
 

Right outside of the hotel at Phoenix Forum I got nailed. This was on the corner of Tatum and Lincoln. I was doing 57mph in a 40mph zone. This happened Sunday as I was leaving the hotel.

Bummer.

I made damn sure to do the speed limit thru that intersection this year. I remember some people got popped there last year.

That's exactly what I thought also. After looking into it, it turns out that the red light cameras also track your speed and they'll nail you for that too.

Do they have warning signs anywhere stating that they use camera radar etc?

Yes! They have warning signs on ever intersection with a camera in Arizona. On all 4 corners.

They had that shit here in Ontario for a while , but everyone was up in arms about it. So the last Conservative gov . cancelled it. It was nothing more than a money grab, under the guise of Safety. You can spray your license plate with a reflective coating that won't allow photos to be taken of it. I believe it's illegal though.

well at least you get a nice pic of the front of the car with the hoodscoop and everything. it would be awesome if they gave you higher quality prints. nice mustang though :thumbsup

I got hit going 80mph in a 50mph zone, but the pics were black and white... I sent a letter to the court asking for larger, higher quality pictures so I could dispute the allegations properly, but they never sent them :(

I've been told..... that if you don't respond to them they don't really give you a ticket.

I'd ask for high quality pictures - Plus I'd want to know everyone else they photographed five mintues before and after me and their speeds so that I can say I was "going with the flow of traffic".

the flow of traffic excuse will probably work for you - for me - 3:08am - kinda hard

Just send them a picture of the money
