I could be wrong on this as well, but from my understanding of ppp, which stands for point to point protocol, and has to with how packets are sent and recieved between two computers. How that will help you get better SE rankings I have no clue.

Been awhile since I have done anything with actual real networking other than in the office here.

I dont think this has ANYTHING to do with SEO at all.
