I'm convinced John Kerry is our next president

When the media turns against you, you know your time is up. No other president has ever had it so easy from the media at the beggining of his presidency than Bush. Now, it's negative story after negative story. Sorry Bush fans, it's over for you

DavePlays 03-26-2004 11:36 PM

I'm sure you hope so... but it's a LONG time till the election, and a LOT of things can happen.

and probably will.

we'll see.

Getting Bush out of office is not good enough.

Bush needs to tried as a war criminal.
Its the only way for America to show an ounce of faith in our own system of government to the world.

Bush has wronged us.

As someone that doesn't live in the country, listening to the news day after day of new things that he has done wrong gets very boring. I often wonder what the hell is wrong with the American people to let him stay. Although I haven't done much research on "Kerry", surely he would be better than Bush. Although I think the world is fucked whoever gets in.

then DO some research on Kerry....

and don't worry - the world is going to be OK. it can stand another one of our elections I'm sure.

There are some people on here I'm not so sure about. If Bush wins I don't thik they'd be able to live with themselves anymore.

The new free Government of Iraq wants em tried as a criminal:
http://www.upi.com/view.cfm?StoryID=...9-082443-4948r

Line up the facts and read.
Bush is a War Criminal by Geneva Convention standards.

Mr.Fiction 03-27-2004 12:18 AM

Kerry is an American war hero.

Bush avoided Vietnam with his father's help then didn't even complete his national guard duty.

It's about time America had a real man for a president.

Kerry threw his medals away...
he's no hero to a lot of people pal.

And yes - to some he is and I'm SURE you can post a link to it.

Military experience is not what makes a "real man" as you put it anyway.

Have you forgot how many Bush Sr. supporters that were just as "sure" at this point in the election as you are?

Learn from your history.

No one can tell what could happen over the next few months.

Well one thing that is not a "Man"
Is a little bitch that starts war's and lie's to his own people.

That son of a bitch has betrayed us all so he and his buddies can get rich...

Its cut and dry really.

The only way to have any redemption in the eyes of the world at large is to put that fucker behind bar's as a war criminal.

I've said it before, and I will say it again. Pornographers who support Bush are a joke. And yeah, I know that Democrats are not advocates of pornography either, but the difference is democrats are not actively trying to put us all in jail.

It will be funny to see you kissing Kerry's ass after November.

The right wing has repeatedly said that criticizing the president during war time is treason. Once Kerry is president, you can't say anything bad about him or you will be a traitor. :1orglaugh

And what I was saying is you are just as foolish to be "as sure" now as they were then.

You see... I DID learn from it.... :1orglaugh

Get with it... they've never had a better chance at a good future than they do right now... and they can thank the US for it. you really don't know that? you watch too much "headline" news man, you're getting 10% of what is really going on over there, a LOT of it is good - damn good - you just aren't going to see it on CNN.

And yet just today one poll taken said that 65% of Americans approve of the Iraq invasion...and if the election were to be held today...43% for bush and 36% for Kerry. But then again...different polls have different results...but most show...at this point in time...that the country is pretty evenly divided...just as it was for the last election.

the world is a better place with saddam gone and everyone knows it. when will you realize bush doesnt camo up and go and collect intel. he used what he had and made a choice. id rather have him act before the war comes to us than start the 10 years of "talks" that do nothing. you cant reason with a mad man. amazing how many democrats supported the war until we got there and troops started to die. kerry is an idiot that cant take a stand on anything. i hear sound clips of him saying one thing, then another saying the total opposite. thats someone we dont need in office. the american people need to know where the president stands before they are elected. charge bush as a war criminal? on what basis? he took action because the intel he was given showed iraq as a threat? people bitch because bush didnt kill bin laden before 9/11, imagine if saddam had used a nuke on the us. what would you say then? going against the un doesnt make him a war criminal. the worlds a dangerous place and playing nice only makes you a target. if bush had gone after bin laden before 9/11, you'd be saying the same thing. no attacks have happened since 9/11 and i think thats due to the bushs stance on terror. you mess with the US and we'll hunt you down and destroy you.

Don't lie. Show me the poll. Every poll I have seen as of late shows Kerry ahead, and shows the support for the Iraq invasion at less than 50%. Show me the poll (a whitehouse poll taken by donald rumsfield does not count)

They don't want to see anything like that !!!

It seems an unpopular idea to the Bush haters here that half the Country doesn't agree with them or are falling for the Democratic spin.

I didn't lie and I don't lie...but I did get it somewhat wrong...in the case of the 43% Bush and 36% Kerry...as I was speaking from memory from what I heard on the news this morning.

"By a margin of 43 to 36 percent voters think Bush will win in November."

Here is the quote for another statement I made which also was somewhat wrong.

"A 65 percent majority approves of the Bush administration?s response to the 9/11 terrorist attacks, and by almost two-to-one Americans continue to support the U.S. having taken military action against Iraq."
