Yup, you heard this right. I am selling my baby. I need to free up some time and so on and I really don't have time to work this site and haven't in a couple of months now, and I hate to see it go straight to hell, so after much consideration and thought, I have decided to let it go. I want to put all my focus on my program and to do this, I need to free up some time and such.

I am hoping to make this quick and painless so please only hit me about it if you are dead serious about it. :thumbsup

I had it way up there at one time, but in the last several months I have let it go pretty bad. It gets about 5-6k a day, about 75% being all Search Engine Traffic. It has a copy of UCJ licensed to the domain, but I shut it down because I didn't have the time to spend with it. It runs on Auto Gallery Pro.

It gets ABOUT 500 Submissions a day, give or take a few.
There is a mailing list that will go with it, obviously, as it is part of the data. I keep the list current and I don't and have never abused it...... it is about a 25K Webmaster list.

With very minimal work, someone could have it back up to high traffic in no time at all, as it is a pretty popular site.... I just don't have the time for it and I hate watching it go to hell.
