I needed to talk to my wife this morning...and they were both in the guest room...and I was yelling at her through the door because I didn't want to open it and see a naked old woman.

So the cats kept pushing on the door and it started to open...she yelled "don't open the door, I'm getting dressed!" I ran down the stairs in about 2 seconds just so I wouldn't risk being blinded. I may have to put my cats to sleep though. They seem traumatized.

I lucked out, my mother in law and I dislike each other so much that she never comes over.

She visits for a week or two a Christmas, a week in the summer, a week in the fall, and sometimes for a couple days at various other times of the year. I'd say she spends about a month a year at my house...that's a lot.
