I contacted several people today about doing some business and requested email addy's to send non-disclosure / non-competes to. This person came back and basicly told me that if my email did not include a work order, it was not worth their time. Then they went on to tell me that "to ask someone to sign legal papers up front before any business is done is a bit much"

Where in the FUCK did this person learn business from?

Fletch....I have not and am not threatening anybody. My attorney is putting together a non-disclosure / non-sompete for people to sign before I speak on any specifics. This is a common business practice in any industry. Why are you taking anything I have said as a threat?

NDA's are kinda the first step to having someone work on your secret project. It doesn't work well to tell people the secret and then have them sign something.
