first and foremost they gotta pass initiation.... pounding Corona's for 72 hours straight while doing something productive, AND have something to show for it at the end.

if they survive that, they move on to Phase 2.

Sounds like what the seniors had us do at Penn State. Chugging down a whole gallon of beer non-stop. Our car was puke city on the ride back to campus.
