Here's how you solve that:

1. MAKE him continue to use CCBill, and ONLY CCBill to process for you.

I spent 5 years working in mainstream film and print....saw literally 1,000's of actresses and models during various auditions, cattle calls etc...and I've dealt with chicks in adult from hardcore to softcore single girl site models...anyway my point is I know that most girls NEVER look like their headshots, or their printwork but these girls all looked really fine in person...they were downright beautiful.

you're dealing with very young girls on these amateur teen websites. they need to pretty with minimal makeup. it's not surprising that these girls look great in person.

mainstream models/actresses are older and makeup stylists make them into what they are.
