if you could get camgirls to be on your site and do "private shows" for all your members no upsells just straight action what would you pay per hour? 5,10,15,20,25? give me some input on this guys/girls

pure commission. if they make an upsale then they get paid on it. if they dont they dont get paid. the more they sell the surfers the more they make the more you make. they dont do shit, they dont get paid and you dont have to fire anyone.

I think what he is asking is no up sells at all and add on to your current members area so you can have live cam girls in your members area like a 24 hour nude chat... It would add stickiness to your sites... that?s where the pay per hour comes in because if they cant up sell then where does the cash come from?? It would be paid out by the webmaster using the girls, but he would make it up by joins to the site as well as the recurring as live girls would keep them around longer in theory...

I would say $20 a hour , that may not be as much as a webcam superstar makes but you could get fine young college girls looking to make part time money and dont have the patience to sit for hours waiting for something to happen.It beats working at starbucks.

If she is a real college student not a girl doing nothing saying she is college student, she doesnt have the time to grow a clientel on the net. Also if they are not paying to see her only their membership fee, why are they going to follow her to pay more? You can prevent the one on ones by telling them they only can give out the email address you control and you monitor them now and then. If they do otherwise they are fired. $20 hr is a good wage especially when its pretty cold out there in the job market.
