Graduated in 1984 from 4 years of partying ( I mean college) with a degree in Accounting (yea yea), minor was history and religion (yea yea) and Marketing. Made my CPA license in 1984 .... So it goes, now I am in porn. My parents couldn't be prouder..

I actually know of a few webmasters who have Accounting and Marketing / Economics Degrees who are quite successful. So wtf happend to me eh? Oh yeah, I am lazy ha ha

I have a degree (not related to anything in the industry) but to be honest porn is more fun. I had this boring idiot say well you arent going to do this forever. I said yeah actually I plan to do it for as long as I fucking want. I have to listen to everyone I know say I hate my job, or uhh I work so much, Im so miserable.. so if thats the alternative Ill stick with what makes me happy. The more educated you are the better but it doesnt necessarily make for a better person. I would like to go back to school for graphic art though.

So you are a doctor who sells porn? Do you still work as a doctor or just sell porn? Very impressive, it's not easy to become a doctor.

Money is not everything, yes it is! But porn sure does make it fun.

Sweet! I'm not sure about the UK but a practicing MD in the US easily clocks $150K USD a year and that's working for those tight ass HMOs. My Vietnamese ex-girlfriend makes that much working for the miserliest HMOs in So Cal--Kaiser.

To answer the thread's question, yeah I have a Graduate degree. It's an Asian "honor thy family" thing. Would I be just as happy without it? Probably. Am I glad I went through the hassle? Sure, I look at it more as a personal challenge kind of thing at this point. I sure as hell didn't do it for the money or had lame ass preconceptions that a graduate degree made anyone more cultured or sophisticated than the next person. :thumbsup

I agree, some of the people I went to school with were smart but I would never hire them in my business. Way to unreliable!

B.S. in Economics, and a Masters in Public Administration---maybe I should have run for Governor of CA (mainly for the PR value, not that I would have had any kind of shot at it):-))!!!

I'm also a grad of the U.S. Army Command & General Staff college, and served on the Staff&Faculty at West Point for four years (I'm a Lt Col, retired).

Yet, I'm almost totally computer-illiterate:-)

Personally, the real education is in the streets--any namby pamby punk can get a degree. It's whether you can survive in the streets that makes you worthy of respect in my book. Suffice to say, most punks ain't worth shit to me.

I have 3 grad and postgrad degrees.

I can't even begin to tell you how handy they are for selling porn.

I'm not working at the moment. I'm pretty much fresh out of medical school (done one intern year), so working is still crazy hours, and it would be impossible to work online (which is much more lucrative).

At the moment I'm concentrating on setting myself up financially so when I do work, it's for real reasons and not just so I collect my paycheck.

Interesting titles! The military pension also includes free medical and access to Base facilites (I was at the nearby Marine Base Exchange and Commissary earlier today), as well as Space-A military flights and other so-called benefits. I wanna thank all the taxpayers:-))
