my condo is over 1400 sqare feet with a view of lake and trail, included with sauna, weight room, pool tables, tennis / squash court and pool with heavy security. Not sure where your living at 400 square feet.

This reminds me of a Brazilian soccer player, back in the 70s. He started earning some serious money, bought a mercedez and started living on it, getting the girls, going to parties.

I would rather pull up to a house with a guy in a Honda Civic than to pull up in a BMW to a small apartment. I use to live in LA and I saw it all the time, guys with these great cars living in my apartment building, which wasn't cheap, but still. It gives the impression that they are phony. Trying to be something they are not. Or they are too insecure to be themselves.
