It's a smart move. Sexbrat is suing Donald Thrasher trying to bounce back the responsibility. They paid 5digit $ and the total revenues that will be generated from the site publicity is many times more without even having to post any hilton video.

My guess is that Hilton's lawyers will go after this Donald Thrasher guy and NOT after any pornographer or sexbrat. They will avoid to equate/relate the video with porn industry and they will directly blame the man who sold it.

They WILL NOT be going after SexBrat.com AT ALL based on this AVNONLINE piece because Sexbrat.com ALREADY made a deal with PARIS HILTON


They probably WILL go after other websites that carry the clip, and Thrasher of course!
