Matrix & Acacia Statement, 7pm PST
 

I was just contacted via phone, there will be an official statement here on GFY at 7pm PST (10pm EST, right in the middle of my radio show) from Matrix, with proof, on thier involvement/uninvolvement with Acacia.

Matrix Content settled with Acacia...that basically explains the rest...anyone who is familiar with settlements knows how the game works from there...people twist the truth, even lie, in business all the time to hide the real facts about what they agreed to/did...unless one sees the actual settlement documents and related materials from both Matrix Content and Acacia, anything else, in my view, is likely propaganda quite really... :2 cents:

It seems to me that Matrix can't really prove Acacia *didn't* use their database...you can't really prove the absence of an action like that. So if Matrix really has proof one way or the other, I'd guess it means they've got proof that Acacia did use their database.

On the other hand, while I wouldn't call it proof, Matrix could make a very comprelling argument that their database wasn't used if they asked Acacia where they got the contact info for specific webmasters who have posted their "evidence" on GFY, and Acacia provided documentation showing the other sources from which the data was obtained.

My guess: Matrix will announce that Acacia told them they didn't use their database. I hope not, because that would just be lame, but that's my guess as to the announcement.

A joined statement from Acacia and Matrix could mean only one thing - they decided it's best for both if they tell ... a lie :BangBang:
