Why not do what I do?

Make your own tours, pages, ads whatever and link to your favorite sponsor's join page. I always get a much better ratio this way cause it gives me a little more freedom to work my traffic however I want, and keep my exit traffic to. And if your favorite sponsor wont let you do this, then find a new favorite sponsor
