I'm more than hopeful that I'm right, I don't use any video on any of my sites and most of my sponsors have settled, so Acacia should not be harrasing me anytime soon.

I do hope that IMPA pulls through to overturn this bs patent though.

Pretty good, went out to Oktoberfest for the first (and probably last) time. I didn't realize those people love polka, I went nuts after like 15 minutes but refused to leave after paying a $15 cover. What a ripoff. Anyways, lots of interesting beers I got to try out so not a total loss. Came back home and here I am :)
