1) the people are the government last time I checked

2) a politician got owned cuz he thought it was ok to do whatever he felt like without reprecussions from the public (not anymore)

3) how is giving the job to someone else when the original person was fucking up a bad thing? happens in biz, happens in gov on lower levels all the time, happens even in the mililtary, you know that...you fuck up, you get sent to the wash-rack duty....

4) really how bad can a non politician fuck shit up? it's not like he doesn't have a staff of advisors, a congress to keep any REALLY lame ideas in check, etc

oh and again

5) the people are the government










PS: however, I do feel bad for any governor during this administration as they are getting OWNED by the jackass in DC and as a result have to piss off some of their people, in Cali it's just a tad more noticeable....
