Rinaldo 09-25-2003 09:19 AM

LOL nice try

KRL 09-25-2003 09:21 AM

Nice Ron!

BradShaw 09-25-2003 09:24 AM

HDTV is great, once you experience true HDTV, hard to watch normal tv again. Not sure the online streaming does it justice.

HDTV porn could be big.

FM, are these available on DVD? Would love to get a copy and see what they look like on my 120" screen.

fantasyman 09-25-2003 09:51 AM

These will be available on DVD next week but will only play thru a computer until DVD players come up to speed!!

NBDesign 09-25-2003 10:12 AM

Ok... correct me if I am wrong here... but HDTV is just a digital signal for television vs the analog signal that most people have. The HDTV televisions just have the cabibility of receiving that digital signal and have a higher line screen....

A computer is already digital and the video we create is digital and the computer monitor/vidoe card has a high resolution so isn't ever video created for the web HDTV? i mean the quality is not there for download speed... but if you did not compress the video and left it at max. quality... how is this any different?

Curious.

I didnt see it yet but you are right.

Save digital video as an uncompressed avi and you have clear, high res, digital video on your puter....nothing new.

BradShaw 09-25-2003 10:26 AM

Ron, is there no way to play hdtv on a dvd player? I have seen some dvd recorders. Like I said, I do not think the computer does it justice.

BTW, the GFY of the audio/video world.

They have some great HDTV discussions. Even Mark Cuban, the king of HDTV posts there from time to time. Maybe MIKEAI can hook you up with him, he owes Mike a few favors!

tucker 09-25-2003 03:39 PM

THIS IS AWESOME!!! The quality is unreal, the picture is so clean it was worth the wait. This is the future.

Congrats!

lock 09-25-2003 03:48 PM

Quaility has never been a problem we been reducing quailiy for years the whole mpeg format is just compression the problem lies in storage and bandwidth.

DVD is made with MPEG if we had better storage devices a 4 gig movie would really be a terrabite long if we could make it in full AVI and would look better on screen than what we view.

animaters work with 500 meg frames before it is reduced there is 24 frames a second that makes one hell of a big movie if it was ever made or kept in full quaility..

GrimShawn 09-25-2003 03:49 PM

:thumbsup

EZRhino 09-25-2003 03:55 PM

Great quality but even at t-1 speed it takes a while to stream it.

Matrix 09-25-2003 03:58 PM

That is AMAZING!!! Props to Fantasyman and Surferpictures!:thumbsup

Even progressive scan DVD players? Is it higher res than 1080p?

fantasyman 09-25-2003 04:16 PM

HD requires very large files. It's only HD if it is shot with an HDTV camera.

When you download these files and play them on your local network or server they're great. Bandwith is still not fast enough across the board to serve these adequately from the net yet.

There are a few "new" DVD players that use the M2 format, but very few.

The best way to watch the HD right now is by downloading a file and viewing it on your computer DVD, but this is the future.

Next week we will be selling the HD movies by download or on DVD but only to be viewed on a computer DVD or one of the brand new HD DVD's.

hottoddy 09-25-2003 04:20 PM

Nice slide show.

Bman 09-25-2003 05:01 PM

Peter Romero 09-25-2003 05:46 PM

Damn... with all that detail people are going to have to start using HOT talent again. I wonder where they will get them??? Hmmm...

BV 09-25-2003 05:46 PM

FM,

What is the file size and length of the movies?

Thanks,
BV

Mutt 09-25-2003 06:17 PM

who produced that movie? In the first vid that's Sunrise Adams who's a Vivid contract girl.

the movies are 12 MB per minute, not that bad really for the great quality.

let's see some gonzo porn in HDTV, nobody on the Net wants that feature movie style porn - the future of porn belongs to the Redlight Districts, Hustlers,BangBros and Anabolics.

Larry Flynt just bought Wicked Pictures, sent out memos to all producers, no budgets over 35,000-40,000 per movie.

Joesho 09-25-2003 07:35 PM

Way to go Fantasyman, I would love to meet you some day.....

the way I understand it, is you were the FIRST visionary, and looks like you still have the touch!

When did Larry buy Wicked ??

Mutt 09-25-2003 10:12 PM

I think pretty recently Slav. I saw that story about small budgets for Wicked producers on some porn gossip site.

iVODAS 09-25-2003 10:30 PM

We tried to load the site on two windows systems and Mac OSX, there appears to be a snag in the codes or out systems are not working properly.

We're launching a site that plays some videos, not as high-tech as HDFormat, just some simple QuickTime films.

The site is scheduled for a November launch. We would like some of your opinions and input and any suggestions on how we can improve the site. Again, not high-tech and still work in progress.
