Depends how you define racism.

All people notice what race others are, perhaps relate better to those who are of the same race / religion, and hold pre-conceived ideas about other races / groups / religions.

I think it's dangerous to make stereotypical judgements (like the one I made above :) ) because there are always exceptions, and simply holding a view on an entire race because of an experience with a few is just wrong.

You are right on one thing . If there is a bunch of black guys frmo here trying to intrude my party I wouldn't let them in my house . Here at every party they go they fuck it up . Everyone thinks about race, at some point in their life. So yes, because of society, we have the concept that different races are somehow different. A racist is someone who holds onto that base conception, instead of realizing that it's no more a difference than eye color, or whatever.
