I got the grill from the Traffic Cash Gold vault the other day, cooking on it right now...

But a little while ago, this is what I found in the back of my house, headed for my back deck where the grill is :helpme

The delivery guy brought it in the house, it was like 200 lbs. I had to assemble it ...then it barely fit through the door to get it outside :1orglaugh

You have a black bear in your backyard, nice lawn by the way, that isn't afraid of humans and is attracted to or is accustomed to eating people food. (trash, leftovers, etc.)

This is not a good thing.

I realize it looks cute and cuddly but it won't treat you or your property with much respect if it smells something it really wants because it wants to eat.

I suspect your neighbors have probably unintentionally trained the bear to come to a grill for a free handout.

Thats a nice grill.. Weber makes the best grills available. I have the exact same model as that one.. It works great...

Yeah I know, I know... the dangers of feeding wild and stray animals. I found out the hard way, with the deer, the skunks, the porcupines and the possums.

The only neighbors I have with 1/4 mile of me, are these 2 dudes that like to shoot off guns when I am sleeping :321GFY

The grill (NOT BBQ :1orglaugh ) is very nice though. My mom wanted one... it was her idea. The shish kabob thingie sounds cool.. :thumbsup

Yep- thinking the EXACT same thing. We have a ton of them here in Fl, and I have NEVER heard of a positive bear/human interaction. My advice- get a dog, bears hate them, and the barking will make him so uncomfortable he' won't come back.

I couldn't live ANYWHERE where black bears just wander up in my backyard....fuck that....Those fuckers are vicious...

I want a dog... but I have 7 cats :( I tried calling the DEC/animal control... they said call the sheriff, the sheriff said they would only try to scare it away. I live in a town with 836 people and 35,000 acres of land :1orglaugh It takes the sheriff dept. a good 20-30 mins to get here... I hope I'm never getting attacked by the bear!

Living in the boonies, is cool... for a 3 day weekend! I can't wait to move into a BIG city. 2000+ people woo hoo! lol ... I don't even have cable TV out here... only DirecTV. And forget about broadband... I have 13 phone lines and a 2 way DirecWay dish, that downloads fast but uploads/surfs about the same as dial up.
