Ok..another motherfucker wants to fuck with my money...

Heres the deal..No slander coming here all I want is a fucken REFUND...

I ordered a mail solution from this James Zee character on the 25th of July and wired $2500...He said he would have me up same day...After 4-5 promises over the last week or so I still have NOTHING 10 or so days later!

He hit me up today and I guess he didnt realize it was me and asked if I neded a mailing solution...Once I told him it was me and he better answer his phone, he started ignoring me AGAIN. He finally gave me a phone # he was at, and guess what NO FUCKEN ANSWER! He finally picked up on my 3rd call and hung right up!

LUCKILY he is in the US. Based in Texas. Payment was done by wire. What is the legalities of wire fraud?

same thing happen here as well. he also has a cronnie, or maybe it's him as well, Marketingsexxx (icq name) who goes around asking the same thing and leaving a phone number.

the loss over here was a little less and paypal didnt do anything to stop this guy.

sorry to hear you went through that as well. he will not refund your money, trust me. what he will do is give you bullshit after bullshit line until he doesn't feel like talking to you. if you do get him on the phone, he will hang up on you until you give up.

Same here bro, I did a prepay with this guy for a few grand and he ended up only sending like 2 joins. Then this guy had the nerve to call up Shaw Internet, Platinum Bucks and whole shit load of other sponsors using me as a referal. Most of the sponsors called me before making the deal but some of them got screwed out a few thousand as well.

Actually I believe Marketingsexxx = James Zee...same dude that we dealt with..

Seems like he got a few other big guys as well. Really sucks that you cant trust anybody anymore....

hopefully with this brought to light now, his biz will disappear. i just cant believe that a person would put themselves in a situation that could legally cause them trouble. forget it if he crosses the wrong persons path and that person happens to be in ca....

it's a shame people just have to be dishonest. i am sure he will get his 3 fold...like ending up with cancer or something that will take a long, hard, bite out of his life. someone keep me posted if this ever happens cause i want to make sure the plug isn't pulled. suffering is deserved.

I recall a guy out of SA trying to sell emails, not sure if it is the same guy. We never bought....

He played the same phone games then sent me an email he would give me one years worth of banner spots on that sexstreet site... This is fraud on a major level let me know if you need anything from me.

He wanted to sell me processor lists a couple of months back. Claiming it was Epoch, CCBill and IBill lists.

I made him send me a test Epoch list that I turned around and checked with my good friends and business partners over at Epoch - It turned out to have a 3 % accuracy rate.

I never sent money and I never will.

He is still contacting me periodically thinking I somehow might one day send him money
