He is tresspassing, so you could forcefully remove him if he didn't want to leave.... I'm sure you could plea temporary insanity as well for any harm you do. Just don't touch the girl. Neither of them are actually worth hurting. I would just leave and if either of them was there when I'd be back I'd throw them out, and all of her stuff.

I don't think I'd hit her. I've been pissed off with my girl a few times a lot, nearly punched her, but punched through our bedroom door instead. :) Had to let the anger out on something.

My girlfriend is more likely to cheat on me with a girl than some other guy. In the event of that happening, I would just join in on the action. :thumbsup

Sure there is. Once I was driving down the freeway with my girlfriend in the passenger seat.. we were having a nasty argument at the time. I called her a bitch and she totally flipped out and put her hands around my neck and started shaking.

I bitch slapped her ass into that passenger side window so fast she just sat there with a shocked, stupid look on her face for like a minute.

Her behavior actually improved dramatically after that.
