Yeah I recall the XXXrated studios thing. It was a huge scam from about 5 or so months back.. If I saw the images the person was selling I could tell you for sure, but if it is the same guy, hopefully nobody falls for it again.

Several times he did not deliver whatsoever on large content orders, as far as I know he couldn't produce docs either.

va2k is 100% correct. I received an email from my partner saying I should give a guy by the name of Tom Davies a call because he wants to sell our content.

Tom Davies aka rockster had already done a deal with faproductions to sell their content which by the way was photographed by my partner. I called him and spoke to Tom Davies and lucky for me he sounded like a BS artist so I refused to supply him content. What pisses me off is that faproductions is a friend of mine and a honest guy and he was taken by this asshole.

If any of you have purchased content and sent the money directly to rockster then you have unlicensed content. Don't worry tho just email me the proof of purchase and the sets you purchased and I will honour it and send you a license for that content.

I am a webmaster before I'm a content provider and I can't hold a webmaster responsible from doing a deal he though was legit.

Tom Davies is at fault here and we will deal with him.

The rockstar thread is fine because the sales go to faproductions. Just don't do any ICQ deals and send money via western union.

Hello, Jay here from FA Productions. I have received several calls this morning while at work, and I am still trying to sort everything out. I have determined that there have been some content deals that did not go through me. I will be looking into this and will post what I find.

I teamed up with Tom about three months ago and put some deals together. He increased my sales many times over and until today had no reason not to trust him.
