I was about to say the same thing. I have family that I can cry to if I run into legal trouble so suing someone small time like this is no problem. Especially if that someone is in the US.

The problem with this shitty software is it probably identifies itself as IE so catching someone using it will be very difficult. If I can ever prove that his software has hit any of my sites, I definitely will talk to my attorney.
