The police are not shooting suspected terrorists with justifiable cause; they are shooting mainly black people --"I thought he might have a weapon" is not justified homicide -- the courts may say otherwise but they are wrong.

Policemen are supposed to enforce laws not execute people for hazy reasons.

CNN is reporting they have this man in custody and that he has turned in his rifle. Seems this might be a continuing situation, and one of the gunmen might be involved in a gun fight with police officers.
