The young girl, who was reportedly a runaway, was screaming that she couldn?t breathe as her mother attempted to explain to the officers that she has mental problems as well as asthma.

Luis Paul Santiago, the witness who filmed the violent encounter stated that police attempted to delete the video, and the second officer on the scene explained that the officer ?behaved correctly? and stated that ?if she needed to, she could have shot her dead.?

In the United States, choking someone to death (Eric Garner) in a murder caught on video is a non-offense according to a grand jury, and gunning down twelve year old children playing with a BB gun in a park (Tamir Rice) means a paid vacation.

Even the St. Louis PD recently posted some horribly offensive nonsense on how to prevent your children from being killed by cops.

What is this world coming to when not even our children are safe from these badged criminals? If a parent did this to their own child they would go to prison for child abuse. Why is it okay for police to abuse our children just because they are wearing a blue costume?

1. Don't fight back.
2. Submit to what the cops say.
3. Don't get arrested.

I have never had a problem. This method is way more effective than screaming at a police officer.

Actually, they said "She's hitting her", not sure if they were referring to the female police officer hitting the girl or vice versa. The video starts during the middle of the confrontation, no way to determine much at all since we don't see how it originated.
