Because of these archaic, violent and evil books, mankind has been at war with itself from the day they were written.

Any idea or concept that divides man into groups, can only keep man from progressing as one. We are all brothers and sisters, but these books divide us all into groups and make us all ignorant.

How many more wars can we live thru before anybody realizes that religion is the root of all evil.

If we only believed in ourselves and not mythical Gods created thousands of years ago, we could one day end all the wars and all the problems on this planet.

Yeah, let's ban those evil books. Even better, let's burn them in a novel new way to control people.

We must have war and other catastrophes. Being the only species without any natural predators, besides viruses and the occasional dip shit who gets eaten by a shark, it's the only thing that keeps our population in check.

The population is currently over 6 billion. Can you imagine what it would be today if WWI and WWII hadn't have happened?

It could also be argued that when the aliens set up our civilizations with those books it was to keep us in line and without those books we would have been wiped out a long time ago.

Each one of these books had a general a few hundred years later to enforce them. The rise of the city state made it necessary to have the populace control themselves. What better than a myth about an unseen unknowable force who for some reason has all the same goals your king / high priest does, never performs any miracles lately but did all the time a few hundred years back and seems to arbitrarily punish people for their "sins", yeah, that's the ticket. Religion has one purpose, to become the middle man between humans and what they fear most, death, thereby utterly controlling them and harnessing all their energy.

We should all write a book, name it, and bury it so it is found decades from now and some bastard stays true to our words of wisdom.

Right now Israel and Palestine regions are again bombing the fuck out of of each other in the name of religion, and of course the US will get swept up in it because Jews are very powerful here in the US. It's funny how the Jews love Israel, but don't want to live there.

Religion will continue to be the basis for all wars. It is the true evil. We are chained to primitive thoughts about mythical Gods that were written thousands of years ago that we pass on and brain wash our children with, so they can get older and brain wash their children. Mass delusion because we are all afraid of dieing and need to know where we go when we die.

If we only knew that when you die, you actually die, we would all treat each other with respect and nurture each other and the planet, instead of fucking everybody over for a profit and trying to kill each other in the name of the Lord, or Allah, or whoever your parent's God is, that you now believe in.

It's a sad state of affairs. If we are ever contacted and visited by advanced alien life, they will laugh in our faces at how primitive we are. We kill each other in the name of mythical Gods and fight over land. We are just dumb ass monkeys and don't understand how the world really works. We think we are superior above animals because we have opposable thumbs and can use language. We are just advanced monkeys with bombs triggered by testosterone, fear and ignorance.
