Zombaio Late?
 

Has anybody else Zombaio payouts been late this week. It seems the overall time for payouts for us keeps going up from 21 days to I guess now 1 month (30 days) before we see payments. Can anybody else give their experience so I can put this into context.

In the last 2 months, pay outs are getting later and later. I remember getting paid on time every Monday. Not anymore. Monday's turned into Tuesdays, then Wednesdays. So far this week, no pay at all. Be a miracle if tomorrow (Friday) my funds are available. I thought the weekly pay with Red Pass was faster than the wire service. Turns out, red pass is slower. I think I'm going toss my red pass account and go back to monthly wires.

It's too bad because Zombaio has awesome rates and nice customer service. If they could only pay their accounts on time. When pay outs are late, people get nervous and tend not to trust them. It damages future business. I'm not sure if they realize the message they are sending when pay outs are always late.

That's exactly what's been happening to us too..

About every 6 months this happens...could be a massive land mortgage payment? I actually feel comfortable when Z's payouts are late because I know they'll eventually payout...other companies just won't pay you ever.

All I know is we didn't get paid our payouts this week

Yeah that's good question, 1 week later I get an emailing , with the standard answer, need to talk to accounting.

Why should I have to badger this company about where my funds are?

Is it too much after paying them the agreed upon fee, for me to expect them to up hold their own terms?

You have had 30 days to get it from one company you own Zombaio to the other company you own RedPass.

Zombaio appears to be play money for Cawen Financial / Samport (Samport.com), some swedish dudes having fun while not paying people. Zombaio appears just some joke billing offspring that they dont give a shit about. Lately half the board appears to have gone into some just-eat.com rip off for sweden called pizza24.se - now thats adult diversification!

on a G search , it appears Michael O "retired" (rhymes with fired), and his new nemesis hasnt appeared yet but why wait, the guys are waiting to take your skypes and calls.

The writing has been on the wall with them for many years. At the very least they are poorly managed and they appear not to care very much about running a tight ship. At worst you're aboard the Titanic...

Send me a email to [email protected] and I will confirm for you that I am still working for RedPass and Zombaio.

Don't know whether the writing is on the wall or not, but I do know we still haven't gotten our money. Neither Zombaio, RedPass support , nor Michael has gotten an answer from accounting, where our money is at? Why we don't have it? Why this has happened? And what they are doing to prevent this from happening in the future.

When money doesn't arrive on time, the natural assumption is it is late and their is a problem and reasonable explaination. But when you can't get a straight honest answer, well then the assumptions take a turn..........

wow an 18 min wait for support, wonder whats going on..

They're current with all payments to me except the most recent, which is only a day late. However, the Zombaio app on my phone can't connect to their server and they haven't dumped my daily sales in 2 days.

They changed their payouts from 14 days, to 20 days:

Now they hold funds 20 days after the payout is created, then it takes about 3 to 5 days for red pass to process the release of your funds.

But that "3 to 5" days is actually about 1 week.

So, the payout isn't that late at all. It takes 27 days to get funds from each payout created. Last payout created on 4-15-13, is due 5-13-13...which was yesterday, so they are only 1 day late.

The problem is Zombaio used to pay after holding funds for 14 days, then the red pass delay. They never informed anybody they are now holding funds for 20 days + red pass processing.

This is the only explanation I can come up with. All I get from Z is "we're having technical problems."

I like my explanation better because it gives me hope that one day I'll get paid.

Another thing to consider is the electric current runs slower in Europe, so it takes many more days for the electronic wire service to transfer digits from Zombaio to red pass. We are spoiled here in the US with fast electricity.

Do you guys find the savings worth the hassle? As opposed to setting up with someone like Epoch/CCBill, or even a merchant/gateway combo. Not receiving money on time can severely disrupt cash flow, which could cripple your business.

Sly... Personally, I'm ready to move to a more reputable biller. In the beginning when I was first getting my shit together, Zombaio was a good fit. Now, not so much... Checking out my options.

NewOldPlayer, you must've copied my support msgs.....lol That is exactly the conversations I have had with support all the time, followed up with the answer "that's just how long it takes" or " sorry I understand ".

Look I finally got my late payout, so that is good, eventually they do pay, but it is too hard working with extended or late payouts and no reasonable explanation or communication.

I think the camel's back is broken now.....

We have always struggled to get paid by Zombaio / Redpass and in fact right now our ACH transfer has disappeared and we are not getting a lot of help

Don't understand why not just have timely payments?
