How often do you drink. And what and how much?

Very often. Whatever is cheap. A lot.

Vodka and Diet RedBull. Usually about 1 liter of Vodka a day. Everyday.

Between 4 to 6? I just keep topping up the glass, and sipping out the straw all day. If it tastes to weak, I add more vodka. To strong, I top up with redbull.

By the way - why do you buy cheap vodka + expensive energy drink, if you can not afford you can get less famous brand energy drink for half a price and ingredients same/similar to redbull.

I believe him, Look back when he quit drinking for about 2 weeks or something like that, he had great posts, nothing about poo and made sense. He says he is a functioning alcoholic but he does way better when not drinking. My opinion of course

I drank heavily through the 80s and 90s and finally started thinking about it in my early 40s. I cut out the hard liquor and stayed mostly with beer. And in the last few years managed to cut the beer down as well (although I still have the infrequent weekend bender a few times a year).

Now, at 48...I don't bounce back as easily. Just a fact of growin' old. :1orglaugh

vodka is a bit too much to drink that much of it on daily basis.

i like good quality vodka, whisky, tequila, gin, etc, however drinking only white wine mixed with sparkling mineral water in 99% cases, i can drink it for longer period of time like all night partying and hangovers aren't as hard as from harder booze.

beer i just don't drink for some time, it seems to be a light alcohol drink, however hangovers are as hard as from something much stronger.

its probably not something he wants to air online but i wish for his sake he'd seek some help. life is too short to waste it being wasted all the time. while life can seem like shit when you stop drinking, it does get better..if you let it. he should at least stop the red bull plus alcohol, that's a recipe for disaster.
