The cam side of your operation leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to communication. Emails go unanswered for up to 1 month. Even AH will not answer ICQ or emails. Not only frustrating but totally unprofessional.

One issue with DG back in 09, Jay took care of it within minutes, they have always been on top of it, made and making good cash with these guys, I really hope that it lasts.

I'm sorry to hear that but ICQ is very problematic and we do have Skype now.

Please hit me up and I can talk to AH if you needed him and was not getting any response.

People need to realize that if someone isn't answering your ICQ at all, it probably means they didn't get it. Worst system of communication ever, so many messages lost to spam control and all that.
