Fatfoo ran a bot in here for a couple of years while you were gone. His bot would take keywords from the initial post and then post the definition of those words in a reply post. He was amassing thousands of posts just to sell his sig for a couple hundred bucks and market his writing services. For some reason, the mods always seemed clueless about what he was doing and never banned him. As soon as he wasn't able to find a sig sponsor he disappeared and has since recently reappeared.

If you see someone copy and paste a long definition as a response,(like ottopottomouse in this thread) they are mocking what fatfoo does.

He was IMO the most annoying user on GFY. Would give you a dictionary response for any topic you posted. Some people actually found him amusing.

Amusement is the state of experiencing humorous and entertaining events or situations, and is associated with enjoyment, happiness, laughter and pleasure.
Current studies have not yet reached consensus on the exact purpose of amusement, though theories have been advanced in the fields of psychology, psychiatry and sociology. In addition, the precise mechanism that causes a given element (image, sound, behavior, etc.) to be perceived as more or less 'amusing' than another, similar element to a particular individual is not clearly understood.

He couldn't find a sig sponsor because most everyone had him on ignore.

I even put him on ignore and he's one of only three people here I've ever done that with.

I never understood why mods did not ban that bot? And seems like he is still not banned, wtf :2 cents:

Fatfoo was fucking BRILLIANT are you kidding me? Of course most of his posts were mostly standard bot responses to the text in the thread (although there was also a bad-english human embellishing) but once in a while it was a total CRACK UP...Not just funny but poignant, interesting, occasionally ironic... anyone who doesn't see the ALL OUT on point WIT in the Foo is brain dead.

With all the BORING dumb fucks on this board I say BRING BACK THE FOO!

I didn't mind him. Then again, I didn't mind the bunch of outsourced posters who used to be here. Their names escape me, but they were unintentionally hilarious.

Please tell me you aren't that naive. It was shown that he posted every hour for 48 straight hours once. 95% of his posts had no relevance to the thread topic, his bot merely posted definitions of keywords extracted from the original post. Then there was the gfy'er who talked to him off of gfy and said he was into programming all kinds of bots and artificial chatting. You could always tell when it got time for his sig deal to expire as he'd make all kinds of posts begging for someone to buy his sig. Finally, no one bought it, and he disappeared.
